Job Description This is a significantly advanced level Engineer required to have general working knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines, broad technical telecommunications knowledge, and is a subject matter expert (SME) in area of expertise. Provides functional technical leadership, oversight, and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians, serving as a technical consultant to the company. Performs highly complex and unique work assignments requiring the ability to coordinate complex technical issues. Capable of performing the role of Lead Project Engineer for major company initiatives that cross department boundaries and for projects involving multiple disciplines requiring advanced technical leadership. Works under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment. Skills and Requirements -10+ years of combined experience in solutions architecture and other disciplines in a telecommunications and/or IT environment, including technical architecture, network design, application development, integration, cloud services, data architecture, security/compliance, and operational support. - Strong experience with support Oracle ERP - Experience with implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other related services - Experience with using Atlassian tools such as Jira, Bumble, etc to improve agility, efficiency, organization, application support services, and private and public cloud deployment assistance. - Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow integration. -Masters degree or PhD in Engineering or relevant field. -Supervisory or Management experience. -Telecommunications experience. -Relevant telecom industry or job specific certifications. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
