Role Overview
We are looking for talented Integration Engineers to join our team at Concentrix, focusing on developing and implementing ServiceNow integrations. This role will require you to design, implement, and support integration solutions, ensuring seamless communication between our systems and the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions for ServiceNow.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and objectives.Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate their integration with other enterprise systems.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain seamless operations.Create and maintain documentation for integrations, including architecture diagrams and data flow records.Monitor integration performance and optimize processes for efficiency.Stay informed on new features and best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in integrating systems with ServiceNow.Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web services.Experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Experience:
Certification in ServiceNow platform (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator).Experience with other integration tools and platforms.Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles.#ConcentrixCatalyst
