Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Integration Items Analyst. In this role, you will support the Aeronautics, Sustainment Operations’ Supply Operations and Logistics (SO&L) team, for the F-35 Kit Integration Team. This role requires an individual to manage the execution of dynamic, complex sustainment contracts and requirements for international and domestic customers. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Items/ Kit Management, SAP Sales Orders Management, Contract/ Requirements Management, Performance Management and Metrics, Forecast/ Proposal Development, Basis of Estimates, Earned Value Management of all contracted elements within a Weapons Systems Sustainment Life Cycle. The execution for Items/ Kit Management Cost, Schedule, and Technical Performance for assigned Change Requests (CRs) from initial Sales Order Placement, to Kit Accumulation and DD250, to final delivery to the customer. Supply Analysis, Demand Forecast, Configuration Management, Execution of Engineering Design/ Field Configuration CRs. Risk/ Risk Mitigation Management for Supply Operations and Logistics contracted deliverables, functional and support areas
Must be a US Citizen.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, Supply Chain Management, Industrial/Operations Engineering, Logistics or Business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to grasp operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between program/ project management, contracts, functional and/or support teams
• Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:
• Desired interest in building a career within Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telecommuting communication skills and presentation skills
• Proficiency with SAP, Skype, Project, Visio, and Access. Additionally, SharePoint, Teams, and Tableau
• Previous experience with the F-35 Program Portfolio
• Previous experience with Kit Management or Supply Operations
• Understanding of U.S. Department of Defense projects and experience with both domestic and international suppliers

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
