Position Summary:
The Integration Lead serves as the liaison between IQVIA Patient Services, IQVIA cross-functional technical and business resources, and client technical teams. They are responsible for managing and testing integrations between IQVIA managed platforms and Client/Client partner platforms and websites. The Integration Lead partners with Client program and technical resources to create integration specifications and technical requirements to facilitate data sharing between systems. They lead internal development teams to create technical and testing requirements, working with Client technical lead on end-to-end integration testing, creating test cases and validating results.
Primary Responsibilities:
Plans, develops, coordinates, and assists with project activities through all project phases; allocates, obtains, and manages development resources and project management tools to achieve project objectives and creates and implements assessment process to enforce timely completion of programs in accordance with established standards and requirements.Partners with IQVIA client service Program Managers and client Patient Services team to solicit business requirements and priorities; collaborates with internal technical resources to understand feasibility and timelines.Manages timelines and dependencies across client business stakeholders, internal Program Managers, and interna technical teams, client.Creates integration documentation, data mapping, process flows and business requirements to facilitate integration process development.Develops and implements internal and external IT projects and programs.Provides technical project and operations management expertise working with customer managers, key decision makers and internal team members to manage continuous process improvements, issue escalations, and provide technical expertise.Manages the data interfaces process between IQVIA CRM, Copay systems and client databases. Includes addressing and resolving data issues.Develop and execute test scenarios for end-to-end integration testing for system enhancements.Provides technical expertise on the Salesforce CRM application, data interfaces, business intelligence (BI) tools, work instructions and related processes.Collaborates to define organizational needs, strategies, objectives that support business needs and drive customer value.Assists in data quality and reporting related projects and provides insights to management on issues, trends, and root causes.Provides technical expertise for program managers and operational support team in escalation resolution related to integration.Supports other activities and special projects, as assigned, to achieve quality deliverables and high customer value.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience Project management education and/or experience.Minimum 5-7 years of Copay, Market Access, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Patent Services, or related work experience.System Integration experience including building process flows, data mapping , and data transformation processes and tools.Experience with API documentation using SOAP, JSON etc. formats. Understanding of system integrationProject management – ability to manage multiple, simultaneous initiatives, and workstreams.Strong analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one department or multiple related departments.Familiarity with case management / issue resolution tools, such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.Salesforce.com experienceAbility to travel (20%)Preferred Qualifications:
Five (5) years of experience in software and/or product development or related field.Understanding of insurance and adjudication processes.Proficient in cross training in various departments, knowledge of interdepartmental coordination and communication proceduresExperience with relational databases and SQL queries.Skills and Abilities:

The potential base pay range for this role is $120,000-$145,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
