OverviewThe primary responsibility of an Integration Support Specialist is to provide post go-live support for HireRight integration partners, Clients, and internal teams.
Responsibilities Work independently to coordinate and solve complex technical data communication and integration issues.Work from ticket queue and take ownership of itemsAnalyze Integration Technical Issues; track path to closureWork with Development, providing steps to reproduce possible defectsCreate documentation for future reference, training and support purposes.Provide customers and internal teams with support on technical integration issues.Communicate with external customers to clarify integration failures as needed to resolve Qualifications Ability to learn within a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of XML, Network InfrastructureOpTool knowledgeWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Database operations, Logfile reviewExperience tracking items and owning issuesDemonstrated problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data flow processes.Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time and be results-oriented.Must work well both independently and in a team environment. Must be a self-starter.Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.Education: High School diploma or GED required.
