Integration Technician

CTG is seeking to fill a Integration Technician position for our client in Albany, New York.
**Location:** Albany, New York
**Duration:** 12 months with possible extension
**Duties:**
+ Support lot movement and shipping in the fab by hand-carrying lots and addressing holds.
+ Assist in the creation and maintenance of process flows across multiple programs.
+ Help drive and improve standard guidelines for SiView, SPC controls, and change control.
+ Utilize SiView, SPC control software, and JMP (or other statistical analysis programs) for data analysis and process improvement.
+ Support and improve real-time wafer operations in the fab environment.
+ Collaborate closely with other Technology Assurance and Integration Engineers to deliver quality solutions to technical challenges.
+ Support the lot movement process to meet customer deliverables.
+ Participate in technical exchange meetings (TEMs), formal reviews at key program milestones, technical demonstrations, and briefings.
**Skills:**
+ SiView SM/SM+ and MM experience preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail and self-driven to address lot movement in a fast-paced fab environment.
+ Experience with Advanced Node Integration processes, including process setup, route building, and new test site introduction.
+ Proficiency in Structured Problem Solving techniques and Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification preferred.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment, particularly in a multi-company, "badgeless" organization.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal customers and teams.
**Experience:**
+ Experience working in a fab or other manufacturing setting preferred.
+ Prior experience with Advanced Semiconductor Nodes is required.
+ SiView SM/SM+ and MM experience is highly preferred.
+ Hands-on experience in real-time wafer operations and process control is beneficial.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred, but not required.
**Other Requirements:**
+ Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment to meet project objectives and deadlines.
+ Familiarity with Advanced Node Integration processes, process setup, and test site introduction is a plus.
+ No candidates from D1 designated nations will be considered for this role.
