We are seeking Integration Technicians responsible for the assembly, integration, and testing of autonomous surface vessels (ASVs). You will work closely with the engineering and development teams to ensure the seamless integration of various components and maritime systems. You will be critical in delivering fully functional ASVs that meet the rigorous standards of the DoD.
ResponsibilitiesAssembly, integration, and testing of autonomous surface vessels (ASVs).Work closely with engineering and development teams to ensure seamless integration of various components and maritime systems.Troubleshooting and testing of electronic and mechanical systems.Ensure the delivery of fully functional ASVs that meet the rigorous standards of the DoD.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2+ years of recent experience with system integration in maritime, defense, aviation, or aerospace products.Proficiency in using tools and equipment for assembly, testing, and troubleshooting electronic and mechanical systems.Experience with autonomous systems, robotics, or sensor technologies.Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical specifications.Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Must be a U.S. Person.Additional Skills & QualificationsIPC-620 certification is a plus.Confident communicator and problem-solver.Ability to work within ambiguity and seek answers as needed.Experience with aircraft mechanics is beneficial.Experience working in a start-up company.Interest in working on mechanical projects in spare time.Proficient in Microsoft applications.Ability to lift 50+ lbs.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment includes a cutting-edge, urban, and modern start-up company feel with a breakthrough product and purpose. The product supports both commercial and Department of Defense customers. The company has a dynamic environment with a positive and team-oriented culture. There are (5) openings on 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm and (5) openings on 2nd shift from 3pm-11:30pm. The climate-controlled assembly shop and corporate headquarters offices foster a very friendly, driven, and collaborative culture.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Austin, Texas.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $41.00
