Integration Technician
Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for several Integration Technicians to join their team in Melbourne. The responsibilities include manufacturing, assembling, and testing a Booster according to written procedures. This involves setting up new production work areas, including tooling and equipment, and assisting with the transition from development to production, including first articles. Additionally, the role requires performing second-party verifications and hardware inspections to engineering models, drawings, specifications, and written procedures. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and correcting malfunctions through modification, rework, repair, and/or maintenance are also essential tasks. Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for recurrence control is crucial. The responsibilities extend to operating various material handling equipment, such as forklifts, overhead cranes, aerial lifts, flight vehicle and subassembly transportation equipment, truck-trailer combinations, and other ground support equipment as required. Finally, setting up and operating a wide range of precision calibrated tools, including torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser trackers, height gauges, and optical measuring instruments, is also part of the job.
