Job Duties: 

Hands-on QA Lead, Automation and Manual Tester with at least 8+ combined experience years for SOAP & Rest APIs, Web-based applications and Mainframe systems on Agile projects. At least 3 years hands-on experience in test planning, test preparation and test execution on Agile based projects.At least 5 years hands-on experience in test planning, test preparation and test execution activities of Web-based applications.At least 3+ years hands on experience in test planning, test preparation and test execution activities of Mainframe systems.Experience with RDBMS database testing. (SQL Server, Teradata)Proficient with Agile and Waterfall SDLCExperienced with JIRA and qTest toolsProficient in SOAP & Rest based APIs testing methodology and practices.Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Be a self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess the ability to debug and research.Able to handle multiple tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, as necessary.Possess excellent time-management skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Accountable for end-to-end testing of project releases that involves integration between client systems (WMS, SAP ECC, SAP PI, HANA, EAP/Power BI, Salesforce), iARx, Walgreens & 3rd party delivery tracking system nuDeliverIt.Key point of contact for all aspects of quality assurance and coordination of QA resources.Prepare comprehensive test schedule, detailed system & integration test plans, workflows, and use cases with set of inputs, execution preconditions, and expected outcomes to verify compliance with specified requirements.Collaborate with developers, architects, project managers, business analysts, other work stream test leads and third-party vendors for integration & regression testing.Champion and educate teams on use of best-practices, processes, and tools in support of testing processes. Ensure that all test artifacts are maintained as per CMMI standards.Ensure that all the identified defects are tracked in JIRA and facilitate defect triage meetings for faster resolution of bugs,Investigate variances, perform root-cause analysis, and document corrective actions.Publish daily & weekly QA status reports with key metrics to stakeholders. Identify and highlight risks for evaluation by management and project teams.Validation of API services using SoapUI & PostmanValidation of Service Now- Change Management OOB features. Responsible for Change reviews, approvals.

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
