The position of Integration & Transformation Project Manager will be based Remotely!Summary
The Integration & Transformation Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing transformation initiatives and M&A Integration projects to support the company's growth and innovation agenda. The Project Manager plays a pivotal part in executing Integration and Transformational projects that drive operational efficiency, customer value, and competitive advantage across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Manage key M&A integration and transformation initiatives, including digital transformation projects and organizational change management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale solutions and initiatives across business units and regions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives Lead project management efforts to ensure the successful execution of integrations and transformation projects, meeting timelines and budget requirements Partner closely with business units and regions to drive sustainable business impact through integrations and transformation initiatives Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need
4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field required 5+ years of experience in project management, or related roles Demonstrated success in managing integrations and transformation initiatives and driving change within a corporate environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong project management skills, with a track record of deploying complex initiatives and driving organizational change Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and inspire teams to achieve results
