Job Description:

Lead and empower a team of part-time Intel Promoters, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared successDevelop and implement district-level strategies, aligning them with the Intel Program's overarching vision and optimizing program impact within your assigned District and Retail PartnersCoach and mentor your Promoters, helping them reach their full potential and build high-performing teams that effectively support retailers and customersChampion innovative uses of Intel products in retail, driving the adoption of cutting-edge solutions and experiences that enhance the customer experienceAnalyze district data, including sales achievement, customer satisfaction, and program training, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies accordinglyBuild strong relationships with local retail teams and district leadership, tailoring program offerings and support to specific needs and trends

Performance Measurements:

Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently exceed assigned District sales targets Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Maintain an expected NPS and Mystery Shop ScoreOptimize Team Performance: Achieve expected staffing and turnover targetsFoster Strong Client Relationships: Build and cultivate relationships with Retail field leaders at Intel and Merchant PartnersEffective Mentorship and Coaching: Maintain an employee satisfaction score of 85% or higher for mentorship and coachingManage Budgets Effectively: Maintain an effective program P&L

Qualifications: 

Possess extensive leadership experience in retail, ideally focusing on technology salesHave a proven track record of improving sales outcomes through training and driving program effectivenessExcel at strategic thinking and execution, translating vision into actionable district-level strategiesPossess exceptional communication skills, building rapport with diverse stakeholders in the retail landscapeAre a data-driven sales leader, analyzing insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize program impactHave a deep understanding of the retail landscape, business trends, and emerging technologiesHave experience managing multiple teams or districts within the retail sectorUnderstand the unique needs and challenges of different retailers within your assigned districtPossesses experience with professional development and training programs for the retail landscape
