**Job Description:**

Our work depends on an Intel Support to MISO Specialist joining our team to provide all-source intelligence support for the conduct of Military Information Support Operations (MISO) supporting a DoD program in Tampa, Florida.
**HOW AN INTEL SUPPORT TO MISO SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**
+ Supplements planning effort by leveraging intelligence tools and assets to make recommendations in the development of influence strategies.
+ Conducts friendly and adversarial information environment analysis and integrates applicable findings in support of operations.
+ Recommends PIRs/CCIRs to measure the effectiveness of operations.
+ Ensures operational equities are integrated into the collection plan.
+ Ensures organically developed products are published/distributed through government-directed share portals or content sharing sites.
**WHAT YOU"LL NEED TO SUCCEED:**
**Education** : Bachelor's Degree; relevant education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
**Experience** : Requires 3+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence and assessment.
**Required Skills and Abilities:**
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze/ characterize, assess, and describe changes in the information environment baseline.
+ Thorough understanding of Joint and Service operational and intelligence structures, the elements of the IC, TA analysis, MIDB and the targeting cycle.
+ Experience collecting and analyzing PAI directly or using tools, and familiarity with product visualization tools.
+ Some travel may be required.
+ Ability to work non-standard hours and in on-call status for periods of time may be required.
**Preferred** **Experience:** Master’s Degree, and 3 – 10 years of experience, with experience supporting MISO or related operations highly preferred
**Security Clearance Level** : TS/SCI eligibility required.

The likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
