It’s an exciting time to be part of IFF and we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and organized Intellectual Property (IP) Coordinator to join our Intellectual Property team in Budapest.

You will be responsible for managing various IP-related tasks, including monitoring, and preparing patent maintenance forms, providing back-up for US and EP patent paralegals and liaising with various legal functions. This role requires experience with IP databases and invoice systems.

What You will do:

Attending to reminders for payment of patent annuities

Processing global working requirement documents in coordination with local agents

Assisting with patent and trademark data entry

Assisting with IP database management

Other administrative duties as needed

Who You are:

2-5 years IP experience

Experience with IP database and invoice systems

Experience with Microsoft Office 360

Strong organizational and communication skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Knowledge of European or US patent filing process is a plus

Ability to manage deadlines, monitor maintenance docket, and comply with practice group procedures
