**Job Description** BAE Systems is looking for an Intel Analyst at one ofDIA s Regional Integrated Intelligence Centers for an All-Source Analyst to provide strategic analysis as a member of our RIIA program working in Washington, DC. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + 8 years of experience with intelligence analysis, US government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training + Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality intelligence assessments and briefings for senior-level government officials + Experience with all-source analytic tradecraft and ICD 203 and 206 + Knowledge of the Intelligence Community + Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills + Active TS/SCI clearance with current CI Polygraph exam **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience producing strategic-level finished intelligence on Iran and/or strategic-level military capabilities analysis. + BA or BS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or National Security Studies preferred; MA or MS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or a related research field a plus **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
