What You Will Do:
Intelligence Analysis:
Serve as a technical authority in one or more intelligence disciplines. Is responsible for planning, coordinating, and synthesizing research from other Intelligence Analysts to prepare and disseminate all-source intelligence products and responses.
Determine research methodology and work approach, and revise as appropriate.
Evaluate incoming intelligence and determines pertinent data that should be directed to the attention of the Senior Intelligence Officer.
Assess progress of research efforts and redirects efforts. Evaluate correctness and accuracy of researched material.
• Communication of Intelligence Product:
Brief intelligence assessments and positions to principals and subordinates.
Ensure team products fulfill National-level intelligence requirements.
Provide technical guidance to staff principals and subordinates.
Conduct complex research and analysis of intelligence, counterintelligence, counternarcotic, organized crime operations, capabilities, and trends supporting all source intelligence and threat production.
Lead the preparation, coordination, and implementation of intelligence
production and analysis activities in support of client operations.
Develop intelligence estimates and projections.
Present, advocate, and defend client positions effectively within the
intelligence, planning, and operational communities.
Coordinate, develop, draft, write, produce, revise and ensure completeness of
intelligence plans, annexes and associated appendices that require management input.
• Intelligence Planning and Support to Exercises and Real-World Events:
Formulate and prepare the intelligence plans and security portions of exercises.
Plan and coordinate intelligence support of joint and combined exercises.
Serve as intelligence representative, liaison, site survey officer, and focal point staff officer for exercises and real-world crisis operations.
Maintain close liaison with counterparts in other intelligence activities/departments and ensure coordination and integrity of methodologies and approaches with teams of other analysts throughout the Intelligence Community.
Develop plans and resourcing strategies to meet everchanging and expanding requirements for intelligence communications, networks, equipment,
support, software, and training.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor's degree
FIVE (5) years' experience in one or more intelligence disciplines.
Ability to plan and conduct research and analysis.
Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
Ability to plan and organize work effectively.
Experience in providing intelligence support to and participating in
exercises and real-world events.
Ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
