**Expected salary range of $88,200 to $98,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).**
**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION**
Engage in job duties outlined below, to reduce risk exposure in areas of physical security; and to promote our mission of safeguarding the people, property, reputation and shareholder value of the corporation.
**PURPOSE:**
+ Gather, analyze, and disseminate timely and relevant intelligence to key stakeholders.
+ Author written reports, deliver presentations and perform oral briefings that summarize the results and relevance of intelligence gathered and analyzed to the appropriate audiences.
+ Utilize a variety of open and closed source data feeds & tools in order to assist in the direction, response, and mitigation of potential threats to company employees and assets.
+ Identify threats and collect relevant intelligence, in conjunction with and in support of, standard procedures for incident response, including but not limited to, Executive and BU Crisis Management Teams, Operational/Investigative Response Teams, Executive Protection, and Special Event Management.
+ Compile and analyze threat information and identify recommendations or mitigation strategies.
+ Conduct studies and make recommendations to identify threats; threat vectors; threat actors; and threat trends.
+ Assist with internal and external partners with their investigations or with the due diligence program by providing them with information such as, but not limited to, open source and social media intelligence. Conduct effective liaison to external agencies including fusion centers and law enforcement agencies.
+ Perform open sources checks in support of International Risk Mitigation Plans. Participate in professional networking to establish contacts within areas such as: intelligence organizations, law enforcement, the corporate security industry, etc. Works closely with the Cyber Intelligence team in their effort to identify and monitor cyber threat intelligence sources and provide actionable intelligence.
+ Provide 24/7 on-call coverage, on a rotational basis, to deliver immediate action for critical intelligence functions and crisis management.
+ Interacts with other business units within corporate security teams related to all activities that impact the business across all corporate levels.
**PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
+ Monitor sources including, but not limited to, news feeds, social media and social media monitoring tools, fusion centers, and information sharing organizations for intelligence pertaining to the energy sector, Constellation or Constellation's brand, facilities, or employees.
+ Perform personnel security adjudication coordination and processing activities to determine whether an applicant meets background investigation requirements.
+ Author written reports, deliver presentations and perform oral briefings that summarize the results and relevance of intelligence gathered and analyzed to include but not limited to (i.e., SITREP's, Security Awareness Messages, weekly Intelligence Report.
+ Perform procedural, and compliance activities and research backgrounds, analyze data, and update personnel security systems, records, and databases.
+ Provide 24/7 on-call coverage, on a rotational basis, to deliver immediate action for critical intelligence functions and crisis management.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, Criminal Studies or related field or equivalent work experience.
+ At least 3 years of investigative or intelligence experience analyst, preferably in a security or law enforcement-related role.
+ Knowledge of PC/desktop workstation applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Knowledge of intelligence platforms and risk mitigation tools is also essential.
+ Knowledge of personnel security and adjudication processes.
+ Familiarity with intelligence analysis methodologies and practices is required.
+ Strong multitasking abilities. Must be able to work effectively as part of a team, take initiative and independently complete assigned tasks.
+ Possess a keen attention to detail to ensure accurate and comprehensive analysis. The ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential risks is crucial for effective intelligence analysis.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills, to effectively convey analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Advanced Degree
+ 5 years of experience with physical security, compliance roles, and project. management, preferably within the energy sector or critical infrastructure industries.
+ Systems knowledge: ExacqVision Video platform, Tyco CCure Software House Access Control, Video Analytics, DMP Burglar Alarm Systems, outdoor detection hardware.
+ Ability to use AI Technology.
