Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Intelligence Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to provide dedicated intelligence support for planning efforts, from deliberate plans to exercise scenario development.

What You'll Be Doing:

Analyze single-source and all-source intelligence information to produce informal, in-house assessments, reports, articles, threat analyses, special studies, etc. in support of deliberate and crisis planning.Initiate within J5 and coordinate with USCYBERCOM J2 for formal requests for collection by the IC to support planning activities.Initiate within J5 and coordinate with USCYBERCOM J2 for formal, finished intelligence and counter-intelligence production support to planning activities.Initiate within J5 and coordinate with USCYBERCOM J2 for formal assessments of MoE of executed OAIs against adversaries.Participate in all deliberate and crisis planning activities led by the JPG to advocate for integration of applicable intelligence into planning.Contribute to the development, revision, and coordination of campaign and contingency plans to include Commander’s Estimates, Base Plans, Concept Plans, and Operations Plans.Coordinate and collaborate with Government stakeholders to establish threat baselines and identify areas for improvement, including mission analyses, COA development, COA analysis and war gaming, COA comparison, COA approval, commander’s estimates, and campaign plans.Initiate and make recommendations to Government leadership on all-source intelligence process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness as well as on new product/service offerings to enhance the all-source intelligence effort in support of planning.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the identified area of expertise. Demonstrate the initiative and willingness to quickly learn and adapt to processes and procedures unique to HQs USCYBERCOM and the larger cyber warfighting environmentskilled in problem-solving, teamwork, and written/verbal communications, being particularly attentive to the environment and Core Task 9 requirements at the CCMD level.Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Salary Range: 

$113,100.00 - $203,600.00
