Description:The successful candidate will provide comprehensive analysis and research in areas including industry, infrastructure, technology, geography, and vulnerability assessment, with a focus on both classified and open-source information. This role requires preparing assessments based on advanced research techniques to evaluate current events, ensuring thorough intelligence analysis. The candidate will develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet evolving requirements and optimize operations, utilizing a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.

The candidate will support a variety of Aeronautics programs and functions, offering security support and collaborating cross-functionally. Responsibilities will include:

*Conducting threat reviews and vulnerability assessments.
*Delivering risk-managed, business-focused security solutions.
*Creating and conducting security and cultural awareness training programs.
*Developing and executing event security plans.
*Coordinating with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.

The role will require domestic and occasional international travel to support security initiatives. The candidate will provide security support for business development, ongoing program operations, expatriates, travelers, local/third-country national employees, and other services aligned with the Aeronautics Security & Emergency Services strategy, vision, and mission.

Collaboration with other Lockheed Martin security managers and subject matter experts is essential. The candidate will also be expected to respond to security incidents, minimizing the impact to Lockheed Martin employees and operations at any time of day.

In this role, the candidate will communicate clear, analytical, and persuasive reports, observations, and recommendations to department leadership and enterprise business partners. Additionally, the candidate will establish and nurture strong internal and external relationships that support the safety and security of personnel, information, operations, and assets worldwide.

Basic Qualifications:
-Candidate will possess a strong physical security and personal protection background.
-Must be able to show experience in planning, coordinating and executing security for events held in both public and private venues, to include coordination with local law enforcement, private or contract security, venue management, event planners and executive staff.

Candidate must have experience in providing security support to executive leadership to include domestic travel planning, residential assessments, site assessment, threat assessments, route planning, security detail planning and coordination to include pre-advance planning. Must have the proven ability to provide high level briefings and candid discussions with executive leadership and local officials.
Desired Skills:
Thorough knowledge of risk mitigation process, and strategies in the areas of domestic and international travel, event security, executive and asset protection.

Degree in Security or International Business.

Established security related relationships within the civilian and/or government security field.

Project Management skills.

Ability to research the political, social, religious and threat environments worldwide that traveling personnel could encounter. Local, State, or federal law enforcement or military experience a plus.

Experience in managing event security or conducting executive / dignitary protection details.

Proficient with use of all Microsoft Office Professional Suite, database management tools, and other basic IT or web enabling skills is also desired.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
