Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop Military Intelligence classes.Recommend modification of current OPFOR doctrine to support the training requirements.Establish OPFOR tactics, techniques, and procedures.Evaluate the Tactical Operating Procedures.Develop Annex B as well as all associated military intelligence products.Comply with all security protocols.Create Joint and Combined Arms training scenarios.Participate in After Action Reviews (AARs).Support training with requested imagery.Comply with policies for the classification, downgrading, and declassification of products.Establish standardized, minimum acceptable security requirements for Government Furnished Property.Participate and brief during command meetings and coordination meetings.Develop and submit a Physical Security Plan that meets DoD regulations and requirements covering facility security.Basic Qualifications:
High School8 years’ experience working either in the military as a Battalion/Brigade S2 OIC/NCOIC or in support of defense contract as an Intelligence CoordinatorMust have a Texas Driver’s LicenseMust be able to create reports using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPointMust be able to communicate succinctly with customer and clientMust have a Secret Clearance or have the ability to obtain a Secret ClearanceMust be able to lift to 25 poundsMust be willing to travel between North Fort Cavazos and West Fort Cavazos dailyPreferred Qualifications:
Prior Military Intelligence Officer or Non-Commissioned OfficerExperience working with Foreign Military personnelWorked as an Intelligence Observer Controller at the Joint Readiness Training Center or National Training CenterFamiliar with current U.S. Military DoctrineKBR Benefits
