We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir's implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's current and prospective user bases. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world's hardest problems!

Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance Experience with Palantir Gotham Willingness to relocate to Norfolk, VA Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required and additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25-50% of the time, if needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong knowledge of Excel Military/Special Operations experience is a plus
