**Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future** ManTech is seeking an Intelligence Research Analyst to join our team supporting a growing program that supports the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)) in College Park, MD. This position requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance (in JPAS). This position serves as an Intelligence Research Analyst supporting OUSD(I&S) Research, Development and Acquisition Protection by providing protection for DoD technology programs and resources from espionage, acts of terrorism, and crime. The selected candidate will search government unclassified and classified systems as well as commercially available data and analytic repositories to conduct research to: identify security gaps, provide recommendations to fill gaps, mitigate threats to technology protection, evaluate data, and provide assessments to protect critical and emerging technology. The selected candidate will draft a variety of information products including analytic assessments, summaries, and briefing presentation materials; develop dissemination packages that can be shared with U.S. stakeholders; and collect and track metrics on the performance and effectiveness of a high-level technology protection effort within OUSD(I&S). The selected candidate will maintain daily contact and liaison responsibilities with interagency partners and horizontal coordination with the intelligence community, academia, and industry. The selected candidate will perform analytical, planning, operational, or evaluative work concerning the coordination, development, and/or implementation of OUSD(I&S) programs and policies. The selected candidate will execute protection of sensitive information, technology, material, and operations from such national security threats, unauthorized disclosures, espionage, or sabotage. Applied Science Degree and/or Advanced Degree preferred + Active DoD TS/SCI clearance + Experience utilizing OSINT tools + Demonstrated experience in a field related to OSINT research, collection management, or analysis or the exploitation of PAI or social media + Familiarization using Microsoft Office Suite + Experience with conducting open-source research, all-source intelligence analysis, or targeting + Experience with accessing, researching, and exploiting global and regional social media and digital platforms + Knowledge of advanced Internet-based research, including Boolean logic, advanced research techniques, search engine and database resources, and Internet sources, including social media, social networking tools, and commercial and industry-based databases **Preferred Skills** : + Strategic, Joint or Operational Level AO experience + Experience in working with various intelligence disciplines and the data and tools associated with these disciplines + Experience with IT services or technology deployments for the DoD + Experience in client interactions, including dealing with technology strategies and road mapping + Experience leading technical teams and coordinating competing budget, schedule, and resource constraints + Experience developing & delivering senior level briefs Physical Requirements: + Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time + Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
