INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST
Summary You will serve as a GG-13 senior intelligence analyst providing subject matter expertise across the intelligence disciplines. You will be responsible for advanced analytic tradecraft; intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR); collection, processing, and dissemination processes; and strategy, doctrine, and policies. This position is located within the Doctrine and Innovation Directorate of NAVINFOWARDEVCEN NORFOLK in Norfolk, Virginia. Responsibilities You will develop Navy intelligence doctrine, strategy, and policy to support fleet training, innovation, and experimentation. You will advise senior information warfare and fleet leaders on detailed intelligence plans, operations, and strategies across the levels of warfare. You will establish guidance and policies for fleet intelligence operations to include developing tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for the Navy’s intelligence community. You will utilize oral and written communication skills to prepare high-quality intelligence assessments and disseminate information through reports and briefs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Furnish all-source intelligence analysis and eliminate gaps to produce detailed plans, operations, and strategies across all levels of warfare; Perform intelligence research and evaluation of adversary capabilities and emerging challenges in relation to intelligence doctrine, training, and experimentation; Evaluate and update enterprise tactics, techniques, and procedures to improve intelligence work.
