Summary You will serve as the Senior Intelligence Integration Analyst at the GG-14 grade level on all analytical, production, and programmatic issues for the Integrated Air Missile Defense Team in the Surface and Air Warfare Division (N91), Integrated Warfare Assessments (N9), Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). Responsibilities You will be responsible for the analysis and production of technical intelligence related to naval integrated air missile defense, advanced and future technologies, and country/regional areas of concern. You will perform intelligence work that includes various foreign naval technology evaluations, concepts of operations and assessments of their military potential against missions of the U.S. Navy. You will assist division leadership in overseeing naval warfare threat support to Navy acquisition. You will provide expert acquisition threat support services and guidance to appropriate acquisition program offices, ONI offices, junior acquisition support personnel within ONI, the broader intelligence community, and other designated parties. You will initiate, coordinate, and produce acquisition-related current and future intelligence assessments related to integrated air missile defense. You will provide direct support to the surface and air warfare teams and the Division Head as well as indirect support to the surface and air warfare Senior Naval Integration Officers (SNIOs). You will provide threat intelligence support to Dept. of the Navy and other specified acquisition programs regarding the integrated warfare portfolio. You will provide quality control for division analysts as they review and provide input into acquisition requirements (ICD, CDD, CPD, TEMP, etc.). You will assist Division leadership with resource management, analytic conflict resolution, analyzing warfare team issues, and prioritizing efforts as needed. You will plan and implement integrated analysis efforts and establish/update the research and analysis plan to accomplish the mission. You will apply secondary research and analysis towards making assessments and characterizing new technologies and warfare developments that could be used against the United States Navy. You will provide additional coverage as needed for warfare teams' issues or high-interest/short-timeline topics as they arise. You will maintain liaison with personnel in other intelligence agencies, laboratories, services, and allied foreign governments to discuss production requirements and provide information. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: Providing technical intelligence advice on a wide range of complex analysis, evaluation, collection, interpretation, or dissemination of information and/or products relative to an assigned area(s). Collecting, analyzing, interpreting, evaluating and integrating complex data from multiple sources in assessing the relevance and significance of developments in his/her assigned area(s), and in preparing new or revising prior intelligence products. Planning, implementing and maintaining data bases for intelligence assignments required to process all-source material and the production of technical or operational intelligence. Identifying intelligence gaps, specifies collection requirements to fill gaps, and develops analytical tools and methodologies to cope with the gaps.
