Intelligence Support Research Analyst - Doctrine Writer -

ASRC Federal Professional Services is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong writing capabilities to support our Doctrine and Instruction for Intelligence Efforts (EDIF-IE) contract at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) located at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The successful candidate will focus on reviewing, writing, editing, and validating various USAICoE CG/DA G2 high-priority projects and Army Intelligence doctrinal publications, to include "Intelligence Setting the Theater" and "Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration (RSOI)."  The successful candidate will make an important and immediate doctrinal impact on the continuous transformation of the MI Corps.  This role requires conducting comprehensive doctrinal assessments, performing in-depth research, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of Army Intelligence doctrine. Key responsibilities include:

Review and update Army Intelligence doctrinal publications related to "Intelligence Setting the Theater" and RSOI, ensuring they are current and applicable to evolving operational requirements. Develop and write doctrinal notes and manuals, incorporating insights and feedback from intelligence professionals, operational commanders, and relevant stakeholders. Conduct detailed research on strategic intelligence operations and the integration of intelligence into theater-level planning and execution, focusing on optimizing RSOI processes. Collaborate with intelligence analysts, doctrine writers, military personnel, and other partners to maintain coherence and consistency across doctrinal publications. Validate and refine doctrinal content by engaging with operational units, participating in relevant meetings and working groups, and visiting training centers. Provide expert feedback and recommendations on both proponent and non-proponent documents to support the continuous improvement of Army Intelligence doctrine.
