The purpose of the Intelligent Automation Lead Developer is to create, design, develop, and implement automation solutions across a variety of platforms, utilizing RPA, workflow automation, and integration tools. This role collaborates with various support teams, solutions managers, and product owners to build scalable and sustainable automations that enhance business and functional processes across the North American organization.

Making an Impact
• Work closely with the Continuous Improvement Automation COE to align projects with best practices and company standards.
• Integrate and optimize automation processes across multiple systems and platforms.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in automation, providing mentorship and guidance to team members and other stakeholders.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to build automation knowledge within the organization.
• Share best practices and insights to promote the adoption of automation tools and methodologies.
• Actively contribute to knowledge-sharing forums and communities within the company to enhance the collective expertise.
• Work on diverse projects that span multiple functions and regions, building a comprehensive view of the company’s operations.
• Collaborate with industry partners and attend relevant workshops and conferences to stay updated on the latest trends in automation technology.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and pilot projects to broaden skillsets and contribute to strategic company goals

• Provide training and support to relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
• Engage with Business Relationship Managers to gain a deep understanding of different processes and identify opportunities for automation.
