PRIMARY FUNCTION
Troy 7, Inc. is seeking to hire an Intelligence Analyst for our team supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The Candidate shall support the MDA Intelligence Requirements Division, integrating acquisition intelligence activities, services, and documentation in support of MDA programs and the Missile Defense System (MDS).

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Support the Intelligence Requirements Division by researching intelligence products to develop briefs and readbooks addressing current and emerging threats to MDA’s research, development, acquisition, and fielding activities

Coordinate with MDA’s Intelligence Directorate and other MDA organizations to research, screen, collect, evaluate, integrate and disseminate data and information to inform the MDS acquisition and test process

Develop and/or utilize analytic tools, techniques, and processes for technical and/or administrative support activities

Must be able to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams

Apply oral and written communication skills to develop and present tailored briefings to senior leaders and other personnel

Mentor junior analysts

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

N/A

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Experience with COLISEUM, Microsoft Office, and intelligence databases

Knowledge of intelligence support to acquisition and requirements processes

Engineering or other technical experience

Completed an Intelligence Analysis certificate from a government-sponsored training or academic institution (please provide certificate with course number)


REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Clearance: TS with SCI eligibility

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree relevant to intelligence and/or history, political science, sociology, or other social science field

6 - 10 years’ experience working in intelligence analysis
