Position Details

The Intensive Case Manager for Adults provides information and support to families and significant others of adult consumers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete all required reports, paperwork, correspondence, and clinical record documentation in accordance with State, County, and the Stevens Center policies and regulations and supervisor direction. Participate in regular clinical supervision and continuing education activities to further develop skills.
