Interactive Experience Designer, Amazon Advertising - Brand Innovation Lab

Amazon Advertising's - Brand Innovation Lab is looking for a talented and passionate Interaction Designer to create first-class customer experiences both on and offline within the team dedicated to creating custom advertising solutions. Our team is focused on helping advertisers promote their brands in new ways on Amazon through creative and innovative solutions.
Key job responsibilities
* Collaborate with creative teams to craft advertising campaign UX and Visual Design across several digital touch points, including Amazon.com, FireTV, and Alexa
* Use and configure end-to-end internal standardized solutions and craft landing pages in a modular way.
* Deliver high and low-fidelity UX flows and interactive prototypes, articulating non-linear experiences.
* Collaborate across multiple teams to drive implementations of all types (video, digital, voice integration, AR, VR, etc.)
* Work with program managers to ensure timelines, resources, and budget allocations meet project scope.
* Deliver multi-channel brand solutions of the highest standard that balance advertiser goals (KPIs) with customer goals (frictionless commerce)
* Review market developments and industry trends and identify potential opportunities for Amazon Advertising
* Create ideas and executions that can become scalable executions in the future.
* Create a clear vision for creative solutions and ensure this vision is clearly communicated and understood with both clients, planning, and the account team.
* Contributes to development of internal processes that streamline delivery.
A day in the life
In response to both advertiser and end-customer needs, you will take full ownership of UI visual design from concept to launch, applying UX best practices throughout your work. You will collaborate closely with Art Directors, Visual Designers, and Design Technologists to deliver bold, innovative designs, leveraging data to iterate and enhance them. Your role involves transforming complex requirements and constraints into straightforward, user-centric solutions.
You bring a passion for creating compelling, elegant, and intuitive designs, coupled with a methodical approach, precise execution, and a commitment to bringing ideas to life. You will prepare Figma files with detailed annotations and clearly defined systems to ensure seamless handoffs to technical team members.
A significant portion of your role involves designing and building landing pages using standardized solutions, as well as contributing to the creation, ideation, and improvement of these solutions. This approach ensures each project benefits from consistency and innovation, striking a balance between established practices and tailored, high-quality results.

Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating with both internal partners (including Sales, product, and engineering teams) and external stakeholders to deliver innovative results through all stages from concept development to final execution.
