Interactive Producer

Through a mix of sound strategy, breakthrough creative and flawless execution, we create memorable trade show exhibits, live and virtual events, brand activations, retail stores, corporate environments and other immersive experiences that deepen relationships, inspire action, and build trust--and we do it all over the world. **Summary** The Sparks Creative Technology team is a dedicated department within Sparks Marketing Group charged with creating outstanding live interactive and digital experiences. In the Interactive Producer role, you will drive production for the creative, account and production teams through every phase of project development, including concept development, experience design, content development, design development, production, quality assurance, installation and project completion. The Interactive Producer is responsible for producing projects ranging from live events and exhibits to digital platform experiences. This position will support our Creative Technology team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of the following locations: + Dallas, TX + Detroit, MI + Philadelphia, PA + Las Vegas, NV **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Work with and direct creative teams, both internal and outsourced, to translate established brand experience objectives into visual stories. Understanding of UX design process and experience with wireframe/ schematic visual design a must. + Identify and improve upon internal workflows and processes, documenting established processes along the way. + Establish and manage budgets and production schedules, coordinating with account teams, creative teams, and clients to ensure that all parties stay on track and on budget. + Direct developer teams. + Advise and specify cutting-edge, project-appropriate technology solutions. + Manage client assets, reformatting and organizing as needed, and routing them to the required parties. + Serve as primary client contact for both creative concepts and account management matters. + Work under tight time constraints on multiple projects in a high-growth environment. **Education & Experience** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5+ years experience in a digital agency. Agency experience managing distributed teams is a plus. + Strong production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, strong time management and multitasking skills, flexibility and professional confidence. + Account management and/or project management experience. + Excellent computer skills: comfortable with Google platform, Microsoft and Apple applications, Microsoft Office suite, Social Networking sites, collaborative team project software, etc. + Experience working with small to medium-sized teams. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to cultivate trust and collaboration with clients and team members. + Ability to be patient and focused under tight deadlines. + Experience with virtual events or understanding of website development, responsive design, CRM integration needs, CMS management and QA. + Basic understanding of Adobe XD and Figma preferred. + Creative, live event, museum installation or programming background is a plus. **Travel Requirements** Travel up to 25% **What We Offer** Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
