Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate communication between different departments to ensure smooth project executionDevelop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverablesOrganize and lead interdepartmental meetings to discuss project progress and resolve issuesCreate and distribute project reports to stakeholders using Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookMonitor project budgets and resources, making adjustments as necessaryIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailAct as a liaison between project teams and upper managementFacilitate decision-making processes by gathering and presenting relevant informationDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with team members across various departmentsAdapt to changing project requirements and prioritiesPromote a positive and collaborative work environmentContinuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiencyMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentationQualificationsB.S. in business, science, or other related concentration;Self confidence, leadership, ability to reason, make sound decisions, and delegate.Motivation to excel and inspire excellence in others, ability to see projects through completion, strong communication including verbal, writing, and presentation skills.Ability to communicate effectively and relate well to people; mental and emotional stability and maturity.Ability to work in and handle personal stress and diffuse stress in othersstrong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.Sets positive example for others, dedication to quality, ethics, and customer servicePrevious GMP knowledgePrevious laboratory experience preferred, previous project management experience preferred.
Additional InformationPosition is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
