Perform as a team member of the district project controls group, providing services to the district's portfolio of projects such as planning, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, change management and risk assessment. Perform day to day management and processing of each project and/or program using professional project portfolio management software and established Project Management Business Processes (PMBP). Manage, control, develop, coordinate and execute assigned programs and their documentation requirements to ensure data/document management. Develop and maintain a project management methodology that incorporates schedule and budget templates in the Project Management Plan toolkit. Serve as an advanced user of professional project portfolio management software and district point of contact for all P2 related issues. Support employee P2 training for district organizations.
