Summary This is a Standing Register Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Responsibilities The duties at the full performance GS-11 will perform the following duties: Performs duties in support of project managers for all phases of life cycle project management (initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure) for assigned projects. Coordinates with project delivery team members and assists in integrating information from all technical and support functions. Provides support and assistance to Project Managers (PMs) who manage projects from inception through construction completion, and the Programs and Project Delivery Branch as a whole.
