We are TRS Staffing Solutions, an international project sourcing agency, a global recruitment group and are part of Fluor Corporation. We specialize in supporting the oil, gas, energy, chemical, industrial construction, and life sciences sectors.
For an external client we are looking for a proactive Interface Manager with a strong technical background to oversee multi-functional landscapes in engineering and construction. This role involves coordinating various critical functions and acting as the single point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
Interface Management:
Manage all interfaces between the Contractor and the Employer’s other Contractors, not limited to design-related interfaces.
Provide support during storage, construction, outfitting, and offshore transport and installation phases, with assistance from the yard.
Serve as the single point of contact for all interface-related items.
Certification Management:
Act as the single point of contact for all certification-related items for the platform.
Possess knowledge of BSH standard requirements.
Work closely with an external company that specializes in support certification matters.
Work with Engineering and yards on certification, including design appraisal of tagged (vendor packages/systems) and non-tagged items (subcontracts, architectural scope, and structural steel), and verification at the yard.
Risk Management:
Serve as the single point of contact for all platform risk management items.
Manage the risk register and receive regular updates from the team on its status.
Coordination of Employer Deliverables:
Coordinate Employer-provided rely-upon information and permits required for the joint venture company to execute work at the site in Germany, such as PFB (Plan Feststellung Beschluss) and aviation requirements.
Qualifications:
You are proactive and technically skilled at Medior/Senior level.
You have strong coordination and communication abilities.
You have experience in engineering and construction management.
You have knowledge of BSH standards and certification processes.
You have a good knowledge of English.
An EU residence is required.
