Interim Consolidations Manager
Job Title: Interim Consolidations Manager

Job Description

This role is responsible for managing the global financial consolidation activities of the Company's 100+ entities within the enterprise planning and management (EPM) system, as well as overseeing other global finance-owned systems. Reporting to the VP, Global Finance, this position involves overseeing, training, and developing a team of two to three. The role collaborates closely with the External Reporting and Technical Accounting team during month-end close, consolidation, and reporting processes. Additionally, this role is pivotal in cross-departmental and global finance coordination efforts and serves as a leader within the global controllership group.

ResponsibilitiesOversee the global consolidation process, including monthly actuals and periodic forecast and budget financial information consolidations.Ensure timely and complete submissions of monthly trial balances from 100+ global subsidiaries and various other ad hoc and recurring supplemental data submissions.Ensure complete and accurate financial data in the consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations.Review and approve consolidation journal entries, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.Review and approve certain consolidated account reconciliations.Leverage complete and accurate consolidated financial data to lead the generation and distribution of internal reporting packages to leaders and executives.Collaborate with the External Reporting and Technical Accounting team to support all quarterly and annual external reporting requirements.Support the financial integration of acquired businesses into the Company’s global financial consolidation and reporting process.Serve as a key power user and expert for certain global financial systems, including Planful, Blackline, and LeaseQuery. Provide user support and manage the system development life cycle.Ensure compliance with the Company’s internal control standards and consistently identify, propose, and implement process efficiencies and improvements.Assist in ad-hoc requests in coordination with other finance departments such as FP&A, Treasury, and Tax functions.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in accounting or finance.5+ years of experience overseeing consolidations within a global/international company.5+ years of experience with reviewing and approving consolidation journal entries.5+ years of experience ensuring timely and complete submissions of monthly trial balances from 100+ global subsidiaries.3+ years of experience with HFM (since 2020 or more recent).Experience acting as a point of contact for global financial systems such as Planful, Blackline, and LeaseQuery.Experience working for a public company and knowledge of SOX-404 requirements.Additional Skills & QualificationsManufacturing industry experience.CPA certification.Work Environment

This role requires a minimum of 2 days onsite in Conshohocken, PA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
