Interim Coordinator, Hilton Worldwide Sales - Asia Pacific (6 months' contract)

We are looking for an Interim Coordinator to join our Hilton Worldwide Sales \(HWS\) – Asia Pacific \(APAC\) team\.
**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique\.
+ Review and revamp / create HWS communications and special event templates
+ Organize and execute HWS APAC webinars and meetings such as internal / hotel facing
+ Create and update Hilton Lobby Page for ad\-hoc projects or communications\-related tasks
+ Plan and executive communications plan for HWS APAC events
+ Work with team to review and create creative works and develop standard operating procedures for HWS and Support

You have these minimum qualifications:
+ Fresh graduates, final\-year students may be considered
+ Proficient in MS Office suites
+ Strong organization and communication skills
+ Interest in sales, communications, stakeholder management and sales processes in the hospitality industry
