About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-focused Interim Director of Marketing, US to oversee and lead all marketing efforts for our US markets for TodayTix, with a focus on New York (Broadway). This role will be responsible for implementing the agreed multi-channel marketing strategy for TodayTix, ensuring that all elements - paid and unpaid, brand-focused and product-focused - work in an integrated way to drive sales and achieve key business goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on marketer with experience executing on detailed and highly impactful campaigns across various channels, driving brand awareness, and delivering measurable results.
This role will also oversee brand marketing responsibilities, including campaign execution, PR coordination, and organic social media, ensuring a unified approach across all marketing efforts. Reporting to the SVP Marketing, TodayTix, you will manage a talented team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and help drive success for Q2 2025.

Please note: This is a parental cover, temp position for 3 - 4 months. Qualified candidates must be based in the greater London / New York City area.  We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week. 
We are seeking candidates who can commit to a full-time temporary position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This opportunity is benefits eligible and the annualized salary is $170,000 - $190,000.
What You'll Do:Implement the marketing strategy for TodayTix US, aligning with business objectives and immediate growth and sales goalsLead the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing activities to deliver innovative, sector-leading campaigns that achieve both brand and growth targetsCreate and execute marketing plans for specific shows and multi-show campaigns, collaborating with the Partner Success team to drive sales and engagementOversee all brand marketing efforts, including campaign development, PR strategy, and organic social media, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging.Drive CRM and email marketing strategies that align with immediate priorities and effectively engage TodayTix Members.Partner with key stakeholders to plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) while leading non-performance media efforts for cohesive, impactful resultsOversee the US marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to maximize performance and deliver measurable outcomesAdvocate for TodayTix Members, ensuring all marketing highlights key brand benefits and enhances the customer experienceLeverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize campaigns, collaborating with Product and Tech teams to boost effectivenessProvide clear leadership to the marketing team, fostering high performance and maintaining a results-driven focus during the interim periodWe’re Looking For Someone With:7+ years of experience in a senior integrated marketing role, with demonstrated success in developing and executing high-impact strategies across both performance and brand marketingExperience managing large-scale advertising budgets and leading campaigns that achieve both sales and efficiency goals; app marketing experience is a strong plusStrong creative instincts, with the ability to lead on campaign creative and provide clear, actionable feedback to elevate workA proven ability to work to ambitious sales goals, using data and market insights to shape strategies and deliver measurable results.A collaborative and influential leadership style, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and inspire high performanceExperience managing and motivating a team, with a demonstrated ability to set clear expectations and lead with empathyA passion for the performing arts and a desire to contribute to TodayTix’s mission of making theatre more accessible to all Good to Know:
