**Pay: $3200.00 Gross Weekly Rate**
**Tax Free Stipend: Plus $1150.00 weekly stipend for travel and lodging if live 60+ miles from facility.**

Trinity Health is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a dynamic and passionate **Interim Nurse Manager, Labor & Delivery.** In this role, you'll manage all aspects of patient care, coordinating the level of care with identified patient needs, providing clinical and material support to staff and ensuring continual quality improvement and fiscal accountability. We’re seeking a leader with a strong background in Labor and Delivery, OB Triage, Recovery and Postpartum, and Level 2 Nursery care who can confidently manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities while driving excellence in patient outcomes.
**MINIMIUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois is required.
+ Bachelor's Degree is required.
+ Minimum of three (3) years L&D management experience is preferred.
+ Current Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) certification or Fetal Monitoring Certification (FMC)
+ Current American Academy of Pediatrics Provider Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) card is required
+ Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
+ Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required
+ Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and health care personnel and ability to lead, direct, and mentor personnel is required.
