Position Summary:

Person in this position will be responsible for the data management needs of the program. Essential job functions include those listed below.

Essential Job Functions:

Collect and enter all evaluation assessment data into local evaluation and SPARS databases. Conduct GPRA reporting. Develop and maintain database. Conduct basic statistical analyses. Conduct follow-up assessments. Distribute information to community partners on project progress. Finalize evaluation plan. Draft evaluation reports. Implement strategic plan. Conduct focus groups. Assist staff with data files. Maintain hard copy of forms and instruments. Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision, and goals of WestCare Foundation. Perform any other duties as assigned.
