Signet Health manages the behavioral health and psychiatry programs for Anderson Meridian Hospital in Meridian, MS.  We have a temporary opening (4-6 weeks) for a Mississipi licensed social worker (LPC, LMSW, or LCSW). 

 

This position provides the following:

Group TherapySocial Services AssessmentsTreatment Team PlanningDischarge PlanningIndividual Therapy (as needed)Developing Discharge PlansWeekly Patient Updates 

 

 

Requirements/Qualifications Mississippi license required for one of the following:  LPC, LMSW, or LCSW or equivalent.Experience in working with behavioral health, inpatient preferably. Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and display excellent oral/written communication skills.Must be flexible to adjust to the needs of a fast-paced environment. Ability to build rapport quickly and develop positive working relationships with program staff.
