About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Interior Architect to join a dynamic and innovative architecture firm. This individual will be responsible for leading the design and execution of multifamily residential projects, ensuring the creation of functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable interior environments. The ideal candidate should bring a strong background in multifamily design, a deep understanding of Revit, and a passion for thoughtful, client-centered design.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead interior design efforts for multifamily projects, from concept development through construction.Create and refine interior layouts, material selections, and design concepts.Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, consultants, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution and design continuity.Prepare and deliver presentations and design proposals to clients and stakeholders.Develop detailed construction documents, specifications, and presentations.Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.Ensure that all work adheres to budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

6+ years of professional experience in interior architecture, with a focus on multifamily residential design.Strong proficiency in Revit; additional expertise with other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Suite) a plus.Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Exceptional design sensibility and an understanding of how interiors shape human experience.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
