An established Architectural Planning and Design firm located in the southwest suburbs of Chicago is looking to add an Interior Designer or Interior Architect to their team! Job Description: + Provide a full range of interior design services, including planning, generating design concepts, preparing design presentations, and completing construction documents and specifications + Working with manufacturers and product vendors on selections of furniture, fixtures and equipment as well as materials and finishes + Assist in bidding and construction observation by responding to RFI's, reviewing shop drawings, and preparing punch lists + Review designs for code compliance Qualifications: + Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design + 5 or more years of experience + Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit is a plus + Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills + Ability to work independently About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
