Job Title: Interior Designer

Description:

Provide a full range of interior design services, including planning, generating design concepts, preparing design presentations, and completing construction documents and specificationsWorking with manufacturer's and product vendors on selections of furniture, fixtures and equipment as well as materials and finishesAssist in Bidding and Construction Observation by responding to RFI's, reviewing shop drawings, and preparing punch listsMay be doing some of the design work on their own if capable May assist with technical architecture drawings if neededReview designs for code compliance

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

5 or more years of post-graduate experience working at an architecture or interior design firmPost-graduate experience does not include internship experience or experience outside of US standardMinimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior DesignProficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience working on educational, corporate/commercial interiors, government or public projects required Experience within the residential space is not applicableLicensure is a plusMust be local- this is a hybrid roleAbout Actalent
