Interior Designer
Job Title: Interior Designer Job Description Join a dynamic team as an Interior Designer and contribute to a wide range of projects by providing exceptional interior design services. You will report to a Senior Interior Designer and collaborate with clients and project team members to understand project needs, create 3D renderings, and deliver client presentations. You will be responsible for planning, generating design concepts, preparing construction documents, and working with manufacturers and vendors to select products and put together furniture packages. Responsibilities + Meet with clients and project team members to understand project needs. + Create 3D renderings and client presentations. + Provide a full range of interior design services, including planning, generating design concepts, preparing design presentations, and completing construction documents and specifications. + Work with manufacturers and product vendors on selections and new products. + Assist with sample ordering and putting furniture packages together. + Manage the interior materials library. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite. + Experience in healthcare design and senior living projects. + Expertise in architectural design, construction documentation, design development, space planning, rendering, and conceptual design. + Strong client-facing experience. + Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or equivalent. + 5 or more years of experience at a traditional architecture firm. Additional Skills & Qualifications + NCIDQ certification is a plus but not required.
