Interior Designer
Job Title: Interior Designer

Job DescriptionDevelop client presentations for a variety of hospitality clients, local and national brands.Prepare space plans and preliminary furniture and finish selections.Prepare construction documents in coordination with a multi-discipline project team of architects, interior designers, and engineers.Meet with product vendors to review specific products to be incorporated into the projects.Perform preliminary code reviews to determine specific local code requirements and project compliance.Log deliverables (shop drawings, RFI's, addendums, etc.).Provide first-level QA/QC (self-evaluate own work) to assure the quality and content of both presentation and construction documents appropriate to project delivery standards.Prepare first-level code review and support the permit submittal processes under the supervision of the Lead Designer.Conduct field verification of existing conditions.Create 3D models and conceptual designs.Select and specify FF&E to ensure compliance with all brand, client, and code requirements.Essential Skills5 years of experience in interior design.Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field.Experience working on hotel projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Experience with FF&E selections and specifications.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.06
