Interior Designer
A full-service Architecture and Interior Design firm in Chicago is looking to add an Interior Designer to their team! Job Description: + Will report to a Senior Interior Designer + Meet with clients and project team members to understand project needs + Create 3D renderings and client presentations + Provide a full range of interior design services, including planning, generating design concepts/renderings, preparing design presentations, completing construction documents and specifications + Work with manufacturers and product vendors (lighting, art, furniture, etc.) on selections/new products + Assist with sample ordering and putting furniture packages together + Will be in charge of the materials library Qualifications: + Bachelors in Interior Design, or equivalent is required + 5 or more years of experience + Must have healthcare project experience; senior living projects are transferrable + Must have previous client facing experience + Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, SketchUp and/or any additional 3D rendering software is required + NCIDQ is a plus, but not required Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
