A mid-sized firm in Chicago is looking to add an Interior Designer to their team! Job Description: + Develop client presentations for a variety of hospitality clients + Prepare space plans and preliminary furniture and finish selections + Prepare construction documents in coordination with a multidisciplinary project team of architects, interior designers, and engineers + Meet with product vendors to review products + Prepare first level code review and support the permit submittal processes under the supervision of a Senior Designer + Field verification of existing conditions + 3D model creation and conceptual design + FF&E selections and specifications Qualifications: + 5 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or a related field + Prior experience working on hotel projects + AutoCAD proficiency + Experience with FF&E and specs Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.06 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
