A mid-sized firm in Chicago is looking to add an Interior Designer to their team!

Job Description:

Develop client presentations for a variety of hospitality clientsPrepare space plans and preliminary furniture and finish selectionsPrepare construction documents in coordination with a multidisciplinary project team of architects, interior designers, and engineersMeet with product vendors to review productsPrepare first level code review and support the permit submittal processes under the supervision of a Senior DesignerField verification of existing conditions3D model creation and conceptual designFF&E selections and specifications

Qualifications:

5 years of experienceBachelor's Degree in Interior Design or a related field Prior experience working on hotel projectsAutoCAD proficiency Experience with FF&E and specs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.06
