Job Description
Lead the production of deliverable documents through the Schematic Design, Development Design, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration phases, focusing on Sr. Living and other institutional projects. Engage in FF&E selection and provide client and project management on a daily basis. Ensure quality control evaluations and ongoing compliance.
ResponsibilitiesLead the production of deliverable documents through Schematic Design, Development Design, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration phases.Focus on Sr. Living projects while also supporting multi-family/mixed-use and large-scale commercial design.Provide project leadership and documentation coordination.Develop design drawings, technical documentation, and construction administration phase documents.Manage client relationships and project management activities daily.Review documents for quality control evaluations and ensure ongoing compliance.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Experience with architecture, sr. living, commercial, and mixed-use projects.Ability to produce construction documentation.Experience leading a design team.Interior Design degree.NCIDQ certification preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with large commercial projects.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Flexibility to work with different studios depending on workload.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $43.26
