Job Title: Interior DesignerJob Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. This role involves leading interior design efforts specifically within the hospitality and mixed-use sectors. You will be working on design projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest standards are met throughout the process. This includes developing project palettes, collaborating with clients and team members, and adhering to budgets and schedules. Responsibilities + Lead interior design projects from schematic design through construction administration. + Develop project palettes including materials, colors, and finishes. + Collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal team members to deliver interior design solutions. + Manage all interior aesthetic aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with budget and schedule constraints. + Assist in the selection, procurement, and management of materials, finishes, furnishings, and equipment. + Produce detailed design drawings and graphic presentations. + Contribute to conceptual design thinking and 3D modeling efforts. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite. + Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design. + 5-10+ years of professional experience in interior design. + Strong client, project management, and time management skills. + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Current knowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, and equipment. + Understanding of industry standards for selection, procurement, and installation management. + Ability to work effectively in a cross-disciplinary team atmosphere and across multiple offices. + Strong creative design and drawing skills. + Graphic presentation skills and capacity for conceptual design thinking. + 3D design/modeling ability. + Knowledge of the construction administration process. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in hospitality and mixed-use projects is preferred. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
