**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Interior Designer, you will oversee project management responsibilities for a variety of small to medium-sized projects or project teams.
This job is part of the Design function. They are responsible for preparing and producing proposals and planning applications to internal and external partners. This would require onsite support in Houston, TX.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors and contractors to meet the needs, schedule and budget of the project/request
+ Assist with gathering/ordering architectural and furniture finishes and fabrics
+ Assist with preparing presentations for client review
+ Order, track, schedule and supervise installation of office furniture
+ Review furniture invoices
+ Assist with large employee moves partnering with the client, internal teams and vendors
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Bluebeam
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Physical Requirements:
Able to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner
Able to hear oral communication either in person or on equipment such as telephone or mobile phone
Able to view and operate a personal computer, either desktop or laptop, effectively for an extended period of time creating, composing and reviewing documents and spreadsheets
Able to operate office equipment including telephone, mobile phone, photocopier, scanner, plotter and calculator
Able to reach, grasp and move items
Able to bend, stoop, squat and/or kneel for an extended periods of time
Able to sit, stand or walk for an extended period of time
Able to operate a motor vehicle
Able to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a minimal amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
Working Conditions:
Able to work successfully in a fast-paced office environment with high volume workload and frequent short deadlines
Able to work overtime occasionally, as required to meet established deadlines
Able to work in an office environment, regardless of whether open office or private office
Able to travel occasionally to meetings or for training, occasionally overnight
